The Lighthouse started over ten years ago in a home. Today, we still place great priority on meetings in the homes. In fact, one of the primary meeting places of the church (ekklesia) in the Apostolic Scriptures was in the homes. Twice a month, we presently have our regular public Sabbath service meeting in multiple homes throughout the city. We call these house churches Lifeboats.
